Ingredients
1 whole tortilla
1 / 4 cups hummus
1 / 4 cups baby spinach
1 / 4 cups carrots
1 / 4 cups red bell peppers
1 / 4 cups cucumbers
1 / 4 cups feta cheese
Steps
Step 1
Spread hummus evenly on the tortilla.

Add crumbled feta cheese if using.
